Tia Green is the Principal of Young Collective Group (YCG), a professional services company specializing in security and risk management, federal contracting support, and administrative operations. With more than 20 years of experience in federal security services and law enforcement, Tia brings extensive knowledge of physical and personnel security, threat and vulnerability assessments, regulatory compliance, incident response, continuity planning, security training, and records management.
Her diverse professional background also includes federal contractor task management, more than 20 years in trucking and logistics, and experience as a Virginia-licensed REALTOR®. These industries have strengthened her ability to oversee high-stakes operations, coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage sensitive information, negotiate effectively, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver results in deadline-driven environments.
Known for her professionalism, discretion, clear communication, and disciplined execution, Tia leads YCG with a security-focused and mission-driven approach.
